Why grout gets so dark
Our rotary hot-water extraction system flushes grout at 220°F and high pressure, then vacuums the slurry away. The dirt you never thought would come out — comes out. In most basements it's a dramatic change: grout lines back to their original color, tile looking new.
What professional cleaning actually does
Sealing is what makes it last. A penetrating grout sealer soaks in and creates a barrier so future spills and mildew can't embed. Sealed grout stays clean 3–5x longer, which is the whole reason we recommend it as part of every job.
