Estimates and quotes
Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Additional charges may apply if the on-site condition materially differs from what was described when the estimate was provided; in those cases we'll present a revised price and get your approval before proceeding.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not satisfied with any service we performed, notify us within 7 days and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no charge. Our guarantee covers workmanship — it does not guarantee removal of permanent staining or damage that pre-existed our service.
Limitations
Some stains, damage, wear, and prior treatments cannot be reversed. We disclose these on inspection whenever possible. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, permanent color changes, or the results of prior DIY chemicals applied to the material.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Financing options are available on projects over $500 subject to third-party approval.
Cancellation
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip charge.
