How long until I can walk on the carpet?+
You can walk with clean socks or shoe covers as soon as we leave. Full 'wear shoes and move furniture back' dry time is 4-6 hours with airflow.
Do you move furniture?+
Yes — standard furniture (couches, chairs, tables) is moved at no charge. We leave heavy pieces (pianos, china cabinets, entertainment centers) and clean around them.
What method do you use?+
Truck-mounted hot-water extraction — the method every major carpet manufacturer recommends and requires to keep your warranty valid.
Do you clean stairs?+
Yes. Stairs are priced per step because they take significantly more time and product than open floor.
How much does carpet cleaning cost?+

Do you use chemicals?+

Will old stains come out?+
Most stains lift completely with professional hot-water extraction. Some (bleach, dye, permanent marker, chemical spills) permanently alter the fiber and can't be reversed by any cleaning method — we'll tell you upfront.
How often should carpets be cleaned?+
Every 12-18 months for most homes; every 6 months with pets, kids, or allergies. In Buffalo specifically, we recommend twice a year to combat winter salt damage.
Do you clean commercial carpet?+
